We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the store, including:

• Cart, purchased product, selected licence tier, price, currency, order and payment-status information.
• Your acceptance of the applicable purchase, refund and licensing terms, including the version and time accepted.
• IP address, browser/user-agent, security logs, email-delivery status, and download-link use needed to prevent fraud, diagnose problems and prove delivery.
• Messages you send to customer or licensing support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to create and administer orders; arrange payment processing; calculate applicable taxes; issue invoices; deliver time-limited download links; provide the purchased licence; answer support and refund requests; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain accounting and dispute evidence; and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract, comply with law, protect our legitimate interests in operating a secure store, or respond to your consent and requests.

3. Payments and Service Providers

Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and as an independent data controller for payment processing, tax, invoicing, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, refunds, chargebacks and related compliance. Payment credentials are entered on Dodo Payments' hosted checkout; Shivan Music does not receive or store complete card, bank, wallet or UPI credentials. We also use service providers for ecommerce hosting and administration, transactional email, and public/private digital-file storage. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

4. Storage, Cookies and Retention

The store uses browser local storage to remember your cart and an incomplete checkout. Essential server logs and security records are also created when you use the store. We retain order, licence, tax, accounting, fraud and dispute records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support and legal obligations. Download links normally expire after three days and are limited to three uses, although related order and delivery evidence may be retained longer.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. Some information must be retained for payment, tax, fraud, licensing or legal purposes. You may also complain to the data-protection authority applicable to you.

6. Security and Contact
